Experienced Phlebotomist, Various Locations
Due to ongoing contracts and potential new ones, we are expanding our team of experienced Phlebotomists (UK-wide) to work with us on an ad hoc basis. We are looking for highly experienced individuals with the right people skills to represent us but working in your own area.
Who we are looking for:-
You may already be working for the NHS part time in a surgery or hospital or work for yourself and could fit the additional hours around this role. The work would be ad hoc work on a self employed basis.
There are no set days or hours or permanent work, it would be when work comes in. We contact you to see if you are available. You would be given notice of any work & availability checked. There is no commitment to take work or guaranteed amount of jobs.
Work involves visits to clients/patients homes. You must be professionally qualified and trained in all aspects of venepuncture, predominantly the Vacutainer system, good communication skills and a caring attitude.
Good rates of pay, to the right people.

Requirements:
- Professionally qualified and trained in all aspects of venepuncture, predominantly the Vacutainer system
- Experienced phlebotomist - minimum 4 years experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence & must have access to a vehicle
- Your own insurance - we can advise
- Up to date enhanced DBS certificate
- Safeguarding level 2-3 (preferable)
Desirable
- Experience working within the NHS/Blood Service/GP surgeries etc
- Experience with children & SEN/additional needs
As a CQC registered company, you would be covered under our CQC Registration but for our work only.
(under new CQC legislation this is a requirement of all private practicing phlebotomists, regardless of having a clinic or being a solo practitioner).
