Part time Office Administrator - Kenilworth Clinic
Phlebotomy Services are a private blood taking service who have a clinic in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and manage a large team of experienced & specialist mobile Phlebotomists across the UK. We provide home visits for the NHS, private patients, hospitals, clinical research, pharmaceutical companies & hold some large contracts across the UK. Our work is varied, and our offices are busy. Due to expansion we are looking to take on an additional member of the team.
The applicant must have excellent admin skills with experience in office procedures, and an office environment. Due to the nature of our work, you can often be working alone, but also managing a large team of Phlebotomists, dealing with patients on the phone and face to face in the clinic. Organisational skills are essential.
Requirements:

Previous experience in an office environment.

Ability to learn on the job and adapt to ongoing changes.

Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.

Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, 365, Excel spreadsheets.

Confident use of Apps on phones - especially WhatsApp & sending photos.

Excellent administrative and typing skills.

Someone who can work under pressure but keep a good sense of humour.

Organised and methodical with good time management skills.

Confident in their decision-making abilities in the absence of the MD

Sensitivity & empathy to patients, clients & other work colleagues
Desirable:

Sage accounting would be a distinct advantage but not essential

Medical or Healthcare background a distinct advantage but not essential
Hours & Salary:

We are currently looking for about 20 hours a week and holiday/sick cover. Due to the recent expansion of the business, hours are liable to change and flexibility is needed for cover and possible over time.
